Community Guidelines

Welcome to the TBX community guidelines. Please follow them at all times whilst on our website. We've been super careful to make sure they will suit everyone and create a fun and safe online place for us beauty lovers to collaborate. 

Personal Information:
You wouldn't post your personal details on SM, so please don’t give out any personal information when commenting on our blog or products (e.g. your address, bank details, credit card number or phone number). To see what information we collect from you via our privacy policy, [click here].

Nobody likes to be treated nastily in real life, so please don't do this online. When hanging out on TBX, we expect you to treat others with respect and accept other people’s differences. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards comments that are harmful, threatening, violent, harassing, abusive, indecent, obscene, offensive, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, unlawful, profane, untrue, deceitful, spam or bullying in nature. We reserve the right to remove such comments at our discretion.

Don't be a copy-cat. Please do not post content such as text, images, music, videos or anything else that has not been created by yourself. We will remove any such content if we feel like it breaks these rules.

We love hearing what you have to say, however please do not use our website to promote your own blog, website or business. If you want to hit us up with some killer content, do so on our Instagram or Facebook pages - it may even show up on our exchange page. We reserve the right to remove anything deemed to be self-promotion from our website.

Sharing content:
Do not post any links from third party sites on our platform. You could be putting us, yourself and others at rick of computer viruses - and nobody wants one of those.

Our community language is English. Please refrain from using other languages the best you can when commenting on our platform.

Usage of product review content:
Any product reviews or feedback that you provide on the platform may be re-purposed on the homepage of the platform or any other of our owned channels, including point of sale, Facebook, Instagram and other internal usages - we'll be sure to give you a shout-out if we do.

Product Reviews
We take the good with the bad and will accept any reviews, positive or negative. Just make sure they are relevant and constructive in nature (i.e. have or intend to have a useful or beneficial purpose to others thinking about trying this product). Any comments must be factually correct (i.e. do not provide false or misleading information about the product). You must have purchased and/or used the product on yourself (we may ask for proof of purchase before approving comments). It's only fair that when you're on our website, you talk about our products, so promotions of other brands are a no-no. We reserve the right to refuse to publish a review if it does not meet this criteria. We will not in any way change the meaning or context of your comment, however may choose to censor certain words if necessary to ensure it is compliant with our guidelines,
