Delivery Information

For all orders over $40, we offer free delivery Australia-wide. Orders below this amount incur a delivery amount of just $9.95. See below for more details about our delivery policy.

Domestic Delivery Within Australia

  • All of your TBX items are typically shipped within 24 hours of payment on business days.
  • Let us know your best postage address, either at home or at your office.
  • We deliver all orders between Monday – Friday during normal working hours (9am – 5pm).
  • Our couriers want to make sure your TBX items make it directly into your hands, so make sure you ship them to an address where we can get a signature for delivery.
  • Don’t stress, if something gets lost or damaged, we’ve got you covered – please just let us know 30 days after your order date if it still has not arrived.
  • We ship with AUS Post and other convenient carriers that will safely deliver your TBX collection as fast as possible.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, we will be getting in touch with your tracking details. Feel free to stalk your parcel all the way to your door but if you have any questions about where your package is at, just let us know here.

Estimated delivery time:

  • VIC - Approximately 1-3 business days
  • NSW, SA, TAS - Approximately 2-5 business days
  • QLD, WA, NT - Approximately 3-7 business days

If you are shipping to a rural area, you might have to wait for up to 10 days. If you are in desperate need of a TBX fix earlier than that, please contact us directly and we will try to assist you.

Our carriers at AUS Post and a selection of our favourite courier services work hard to meet these timelines, but hey, life happens, so please allow up to 14 business days for all deliveries. If you are worried about where your TBX items are, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Pick Up

We get that you might want to touch and feel of some of our products first hand, but unfortunately, TBX products are not available for pickup (Oh how mysterious). Luckily for you, we have an extensive network of retail stockists that you can visit to check out the collection in person. Please email us with your postcode and we will let you know your closest stockist.

International delivery

Not from AUS and still want to get in the Clique? Not a problem. Depending on the size and location, the freight costs for your delivery may vary. If you want a better idea on freight costs, fill your basket and proceed to checkout. At the checkout, select where you are in the world, and hit apply. If you have any questions about the calculated freight cost, just let us know.

What is the Return Policy?

If you have any issue with your TBX purchase, please contact our customer service team here within 30 days of ordering. We are here and waiting to discuss any way in which we can help you out.

What if my item is faulty?

TBX wants to keep you in the Clique. We are committed to giving you the best quality products that we can provide, and we take our obligations to the law very seriously! All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, which means we will give you a replacement or refund for any major failure.
