No! Synthetic brushes are the best for dispersing liquids and creams. Natural hairs and fibres can soak up product, meaning a lot of wastage and lack of a smooth dispersion. If you want to learn more about brushes, visit our blog for the latest info!
All of our makeup brushes are made in China. Each factory has been audited by our Melbourne based team to ensure quality, cleanliness and ethical standards are met. Don’t fret. Our brushes are awesome and all hairs are sourced from cruelty free suppliers.
All animal hair brushes are sanitised using a combination of submersion into high temperature waters and drying techniques. This process ensures that the hairs are not damaged, but are at perfect quality for use on the face.
No, the magnetic brushes should not ruin your credit cards, however we wouldn’t suggest rubbing them together…But then again we don’t know why you would…
All of the makeup brushes are magnetic, except for the compact brush set. These little weapons are made to live within your makeup bag, so their short handles don’t allow for a magnetic attachment.
Of course! Just make sure you put them through at security so you don’t set all of the alarms off as you walk through!
Give your brushes a spritz of the TBX anti-bacterial brush spray after each usage, and gently remove the residue onto a tissue. For more in-depth cleaning, we recommend once a week, washing each brush in some gentle shampoo and warm water, then hang upside down on the clique to dry. All of our synthetic brushes are vegan. Our kabuki brush is a great alternative for those that want a synthetic powder brush.
Our carry bags are not made from leather, we didn’t want to break your bank! The material of our bags is soft and sturdy, making them ideal for wear and tear, and also can be easily wiped/washed clean. We’ve thought of it all.
All of our bags have been engineered to for their purpose, meaning, we know they are going to get dirty from time to time. Simply use some warm water and soap to wipe off any makeup or residue from any of our bags and allow to dry.
Unfortunately, anti-static combs aren’t made to last a lifetime. The anti-static coating on each comb is made to keep you sleek, but it can get a bit warn out. Luckily for you, we have made each comb really affordable so you can top up when you need to!

Changed your mind on your order? We are pretty quick when it comes to packing and sending out your orders, so make sure you get in touch straight away here. We can change it if it hasn’t been shipped. Otherwise, when you receive your order, just return it to us and we can refund/exchange based on the conditions above.

Please note these time frames are estimates, and our carrier Australia Post, endeavours to meet these estimates at all times.

We offer Australia wide delivery for all our products. All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment.

We use Australia Post for shipping and we offer a $6.95 flat rate for shipping Australia wide.

For orders over $40 delivery is free.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. If you are having any difficulty tracking your order please contactour customer service team.

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us here.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide, for a flat fee of $40. Please see our delivery page for further details.

Deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. However, you may choose to have the parcel left unattended at your delivery address or sent to your local post office for you to collect later.
